He knows the best way to beat the Texas heat is a dip in Barton Springs, the shade of a Pecan Tree, and some good friends to share it with. His idea of fancy is a beer served in a pint glass. and if you give him the choice, he'll take a plate of smoked brisket over Filet Mignon every time.
